Waste-side evidence
WTNs, weighbridge tickets, collection date, vehicle, material, final weight, receiving destination and reviewer status.
URI structures the waste-side record around the physical load: what left site, when, with whom, at what weight, to which destination and with which supporting documents. A named reviewer checks the record before it becomes part of the customer evidence pack.
| Field | Status |
|---|---|
| WTN / transfer record | Required where applicable |
| Weighbridge / final weight | Attach / confirm |
| Photos + vehicle | Capture |
| Destination / permit reference | Check |
| Named reviewer | Accept / query |
The evidence layer is designed to support commercial review and relevant project reporting without pretending that a document upload is the same as verification.
WTNs, weighbridge tickets, collection date, vehicle, material, final weight, receiving destination and reviewer status.
Baseline, diverted tonnes, avoided disposal cost, buyer value, separate collection cost and confirmed result.
Structured records can support relevant BREEAM, ESG, Scope 3 and internal reporting workflows where the underlying project requirements call for them.
URI's future automation is designed to extract and screen fields, reconcile records and flag exceptions. It does not replace the named human reviewer who accepts or rejects a record.
Start with the evidence pack guide or request a structured review of the waste-side information your project is currently producing.
