ESG Data Request

Complete and return to begin your readiness review, Evidence Gap Baseline or Site Record plan. Most of this can be completed in one sitting.

Anything you can't answer, mark "not available" rather than estimating — we'd rather report a known gap honestly than a number nobody can stand behind. We already hold the waste and transport data for material we collect, so those sections are pre-populated on our side; this form covers what only you can tell us.

Section A — Engagement Details

Section B — What Framework Are You Reporting Into?

This determines how we format the output. If you're not reporting into a formal framework yet, say so — that's a valid answer and changes what we prioritise. If a BREEAM assessor is appointed, tell us early — they determine what evidence is formally accepted; we prepare and structure data, but the assessor makes the call on what qualifies.

Section C — Data Only You Can Provide

Everything in this section sits outside what we observe through collections. Fill in what you have; mark the rest "not available."

C1. Site Context

C2. Energy and Fuel (Site Operations)

C3. Water

C4. Waste Streams We Do NOT Collect

We already hold the waste transfer notes and load records for the copper, aluminium, cable and uPVC we collect from you. This covers everything else, so the waste picture is complete rather than partial.

C5. Materials Purchased (Embodied Carbon)

Only needed if your engagement covers embodied carbon (BREEAM Mat credits or Scope 3 Category 1). Skip if not in scope — confirm with us if unsure.

Section D — Data Tier Definitions

We'll mark a tier against each figure you've given us — this isn't bureaucracy, it determines how the number can legitimately be used, and stops an estimate being reported as if it were a meter reading. A Tier 3 figure isn't a failure — most organisations start there for at least some categories. What matters is that it's labelled honestly.

Section E — Evidence Handling

For anything you can evidence, attach the actual document below. You don't need to send everything upfront — just tell us what exists in the notes field.

Acceptable evidence: meter readings and utility bills, weighbridge tickets, Waste Transfer Notes, supplier invoices, EPDs and certificates, delivery notes. We keep waste transfer notes and hazardous waste consignment notes for at least three years from the date of transfer (the legal minimums are two and three years), and for BREEAM projects until the end of the defects liability period plus two years if that is longer. Original documents are preserved unaltered; any correction creates a new record with the reason logged.

Section F — Sign-Off

Upgrade Recycle Innovations will use these details and files to deliver the agreed service. See our Privacy Notice.
We'll confirm receipt within one working day and flag anything that needs a follow-up conversation before we begin. This is human-reviewed evidence preparation and organisation — not a certification, audit, or independent assurance service.
