Your Data Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have specific rights over the personal data we hold about you. This page explains what they are and how to use them — see our full Privacy Notice for the broader detail on what we collect and why.
Your rights
| Right | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Access | Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you |
| Correction | Ask us to fix inaccurate data |
| Erasure | Ask us to delete your data, subject to our legal retention obligations (see note below) |
| Restriction | Ask us to stop processing your data without deleting it, e.g. while a dispute is resolved |
| Objection | Object to processing based on our legitimate interests |
| Portability | Get a structured, machine-readable export of data you provided under consent or contract |
How to make a request
Use the form below, or email support@upgraderecycleinnovations.com directly if you prefer. Either way, include:
- Which right you're exercising (see the table above)
- Enough detail for us to find your data — your name, email, and roughly when you last contacted us is usually enough
We may ask you to verify your identity before disclosing or changing anything — proportionate to what's being requested, not a blanket demand for ID on every enquiry.
How long it takes
We respond within one calendar month of receiving your request. For complex requests, we may extend this by up to two further months — if we do, we'll tell you within the first month and explain why.
If you're not satisfied
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by phone on 0303 123 1113. We'd rather you raised a concern with us first, but that is your choice.
Submit a Data Rights Request
Submitting this form creates a tracked case on our end with the response deadline above already attached — this reaches us faster than email.
