The commercial intelligence layer behind your material flows.
URI Intelligence is the multi-site view of waste spend, material value, supplier performance, evidence and commercial opportunities. It is designed to answer one question continuously: where is value being lost, and what can we do about it?
Start with a Waste Bill Review →A CFO view of waste — backed by the physical record.
Illustrative interface only. Actual customer figures appear only after reviewed data is available.
Where are you losing money?
- Mixed waste carrying recoverable material
- Unexpected collection or disposal charges
- Invoice weights that do not align with tickets
- Poor material grade separation
- Supplier price differences across sites
- Missing WTN / weighbridge evidence
Connect the commercial record to the physical material flow.
Waste Spend
Invoices, supplier charges, waste streams, containers, weights, £/tonne and trends by site.
Load Records
WTNs, weighbridge tickets, photos, carrier, vehicle, material, weight, destination and reviewer.
Material Value
Material, grade, quantity, route, buyer price, collection cost, commission and net value.
Opportunities
Recovery, grade optimisation, discrepancies, duplicate charges, evidence gaps and supplier issues.
Confirmed Savings
Baseline, avoided disposal cost, net material value, collection cost and approval status.
Evidence
Controlled supporting records for monthly statements, BREEAM workflows and relevant ESG reporting.
The intelligence engine screens. A named person decides.
The Gatekeeper is intended to sit inside the URI workflow, not replace accountability. It can progressively move from extraction toward matching, anomaly detection and confidence scoring as reviewed records build up.
- V1 — manual upload and reviewer checks
- V2 — OCR / document extraction
- V3 — invoice, WTN and weighbridge matching
- V4 — anomaly detection
- V5 — confidence and risk scoring
- V6 — controlled reviewed data improves testing
The Gatekeeper screens and recommends; a named URI reviewer accepts or rejects the record.
This keeps commercial savings, evidence and compliance-support outputs traceable to human review.
Potential is not the same as confirmed.
URI Intelligence should keep opportunity status visible so a dashboard never turns an estimate into a claimed saving.
Opportunity states
- Potential — identified from available data
- Pending — evidence or action outstanding
- Confirmed — reviewed evidence supports the calculation
- Rejected — investigated but not commercially valid
Confirmed saving = avoided mixed-waste cost + net material value − separate collection cost, using the agreed reviewed baseline.
You do not need a software implementation to find the first opportunity.
Start with recent waste invoices and tickets. URI can build the commercial baseline manually before any wider dashboard or automation decision.
