Disposal cost
Where material can be kept out of mixed waste, the avoided disposal cost becomes part of the commercial case.
URI helps construction teams identify eligible recoverable materials, route them through checked partners and connect the commercial result back to the site record. The aim is simple: keep valuable material out of mixed waste where the site conditions and ownership allow it.
The site can pay to dispose of material that may also have recoverable value. URI reviews both sides of the equation: the avoided mixed-waste cost and the realistic net value of a separate recovery route.
Where material can be kept out of mixed waste, the avoided disposal cost becomes part of the commercial case.
Eligible copper, cable, aluminium and PVC/uPVC can be assessed against a practical buyer and collection route.
Collection cost, buyer value and reviewed load evidence are kept visible so the saving is not overstated.
URI does not assume every material belongs to the main contractor or that every load is economically viable. Scrap ownership, access, contamination, quantity, transport and buyer requirements are checked before a route is treated as a real opportunity.
Send URI your recent invoices and supporting tickets. We establish the baseline first, then identify which recovery opportunities are worth acting on.
