These terms cover use of this website. They are separate from, and don't replace, any specific commercial agreement, order form or pilot proposal you sign with us — where those documents exist, their terms take precedence for the service they describe.

Using this site

This website provides information about the Site Record plan (collections with a load record made at source), contractor readiness reviews and Evidence Gap Baselines, recycled material sourcing and The Gatekeeper (in development, TARGET Q3 2027), and lets you submit an enquiry. You may use it for these purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false or malicious data through our forms, or use automated tools to scrape or extract content without our written permission.

Turnaround times and service commitments

Where this site states a target turnaround (e.g. collection windows or document issuance timing), these are targets we plan around, not unconditional guarantees — actual timing depends on site access, safety conditions, and material quality on the day. Confirmed service levels for a specific engagement are set out in your quotation or order form, not on this general website.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but pricing, availability, and service details can change. Where a specific commercial arrangement matters, rely on your written quotation or signed agreement, not general website copy. Collection fees, where they apply, are set out in the Price Book and confirmed in your quotation before any collection is booked.

The Gatekeeper is described on this site as a decision-support and evidence-screening tool. It does not provide BREEAM certification, regulatory approval, or independent assurance. The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Upgrade Recycle Innovations Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
