Accessibility Statement
We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including if you're using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard only, or have low vision.
What we've built in
- A "skip to main content" link at the very start of every page, for keyboard and screen-reader users to bypass repeated navigation.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on every link, button, and form field — nothing relies on a mouse-only hover state to be usable.
- Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) so assistive technology can navigate the page structure directly.
- Form fields with associated labels, not placeholder text used as a label substitute.
- Colour choices checked for reasonable contrast against the background.
- Responsive layout that works at different zoom levels and screen sizes, not a fixed desktop-only design.
This is a starting point, not a claim of full conformance. We haven't run a formal WCAG audit against this site yet — that's a planned next step, not something we're asserting has already happened.
Known limitations
We haven't yet had this site formally tested against WCAG 2.1 AA by an independent accessibility reviewer. If you encounter a specific barrier using this site, please tell us — see contact details below — and we'll prioritise fixing it rather than treating this statement as the final word.
Feedback
If any part of this site is difficult to use, contact support@upgraderecycleinnovations.com and describe what you were trying to do and what happened. We'll respond and aim to fix genuine barriers.
